Questions

Still unsure? Call (747) 599-0059

What does out-of-network mean?

Your plan has a list of in-network providers. Many PPO plans still pay part of the cost when you see a provider outside that list. That share is your out-of-network benefit.

Do I need a referral?

Many PPO plans do not need one for out-of-network care. Our coordinator checks this as part of the free benefits check.

Do you need my member ID?

Only on the call, so we can check your plan. We never ask for it online.

What if my plan does not cover IOP?

We will tell you before you start, and walk you through self-pay or other options that might fit.
